Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging intact to qualify for a successful return.

  Package Pickup

  Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package; please ensure you obtain a pickup receipt.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
